Article 2: Purpose

These Terms of Use and Sale define the conditions for accessing, using, subscribing to, and operating the Service offered by the Gettwineo.com platform (https://gettwineo.com), published under the trade name Twineo (SIRET: 103 782 793 00014), whose registered office is located at 11 rue Hervé Bazin, 44400 Rezé, France.

Article 3: Acceptance

Accessing, subscribing to, and using the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use and Sale. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

Article 4: Description of the Service

Gettwineo is a SaaS platform allowing the User to generate personalized content using artificial intelligence models, including posts and replies adapted to the User’s writing style, for professional social networks such as X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.

The Service includes in particular:

  • generation of personalized posts and replies;
  • creation of a writing profile (“digital twin”);
  • daily content suggestions to be validated before publication;
  • automated monitoring of legal news through APIs and external sources;
  • ability to publish directly to the User’s connected X and LinkedIn accounts.

The Service is primarily intended for legal professionals and lawyers in France who wish to optimize their presence and content production on professional social networks.

Article 5: Access to the Service

Access to the Service is conditional upon creating a user account on the Gettwineo platform. Access to the Service is reserved for registered users and requires an internet connection.

Use of the Service requires subscribing to one of the available subscription plans, monthly or annual. An account is automatically created when subscribing to a plan.

When using the platform, the User may connect third-party accounts, including X and LinkedIn, to enable assisted content generation, preparation, and publication directly on those networks.

Article 6: Operation of the Service and AI

The Service generates content from information provided by the User, artificial intelligence models, and data from APIs and external sources.

Content constitutes suggestions that require validation or possible modification by the User before any use or publication.

Publication on social networks is not automatic: it is triggered only by the User through an explicit action (publication button), allowing the content to be sent to X and/or LinkedIn through their technical interfaces.

Article 7: Connection to Third-Party Platforms

The User may connect third-party accounts, including X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, through secure OAuth protocols.

This connection allows:

  • access to profile information necessary to personalize the Service;
  • generation of content adapted to the User’s style;
  • publication of content on social networks only after the User’s explicit validation.

No publication, modification, or interaction on third-party accounts is performed without a voluntary action by the User.

7.1 Scope of access and transparency

When connecting through OAuth, the platforms display the requested permissions. Twineo accesses only the data strictly necessary for the Service to operate:

  • public profile data (name, photo, bio), for the purpose of personalizing the user experience;
  • email address provided for account creation and related communications;
  • explicitly authorized publication permission.

Twineo does not access private messages, contacts, browsing history, and does not perform automatic actions such as likes, comments, or shares.

The User may revoke access at any time through the security settings of the relevant platforms.

Article 8: User Responsibility

The User expressly acknowledges that the Gettwineo Service relies on artificial intelligence technologies that may produce generated content containing approximations, errors, inconsistencies, or requiring human verification and adaptation.

The User is informed that generated content constitutes suggestions and remains under the User’s sole responsibility before any use or publication.

Accordingly, the User acknowledges being solely responsible for:

  • verifying the accuracy of results generated by artificial intelligence;
  • reviewing and approving content;
  • the originality and compliance of generated content;
  • content validated, modified, or published on third-party social networks such as X (Twitter) and LinkedIn through the platform;
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • the suitability of content for the User’s professional activity, particularly in the legal field;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

8.1 Compliance with third-party platforms

The User undertakes to comply with all terms of use, developer policies, and community guidelines applicable to third-party services used through the Gettwineo platform, including X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.

The User expressly acknowledges being solely responsible for:

  • complying with the rules imposed by these platforms;
  • using personal accounts connected to Gettwineo;
  • any restriction, suspension, or limitation applied by these platforms to the User’s account, including following use of the Service.

Accordingly, Twineo shall not be held liable for any sanction, limitation, or account suspension resulting from the User’s use of third-party services.

8.2 Prohibited uses

The User undertakes to use the Gettwineo Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Service to:

  • create, manage, or operate fake profiles or misleading identities on social networks;
  • impersonate another natural or legal person;
  • use the platform to pretend to be a third party or misleadingly represent an organization, company, or person;
  • use accounts or data without authorization;
  • distribute harassment or illegal content;
  • automate or generate content for the purpose of distributing spam, unsolicited messages, or irrelevant mass content;
  • circumvent social platform rules or their usage limitation mechanisms;
  • train or exploit AI using unauthorized third-party data;
  • attempt reverse engineering, model extraction, or access to source code;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or its data;
  • use generated content to train a competing model;
  • share, transfer, or make account credentials available to third parties.

The User undertakes to use the Service responsibly, in accordance with professional practices and the rules applicable to third-party platforms.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform ownership

All elements composing the Gettwineo platform, including software, interfaces, databases, texts, graphics, logos, and content generated by the Service outside content provided by the User, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Twineo or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

9.2 User Content

The User retains all intellectual property rights over content provided, imported, connected, generated, validated, modified, or published through the Gettwineo platform.

9.3 Generated Content

Subject to Twineo’s pre-existing rights over the platform and its technologies, content generated on behalf of the User may be freely used by the User under their own responsibility, including for publication on social networks or any other medium.

Article 10: License to Use Content and Service Improvement

To enable the proper operation and continuous improvement of the Service, the User is informed that Twineo may process certain content related to the User’s use of the platform.

Subject to the User’s prior explicit consent (opt-in), the User grants Twineo a free, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and strictly limited license to use content generated, modified, or validated through the Service exclusively for the following purposes:

  • improving Service features;
  • optimizing and training artificial intelligence models;
  • statistical analysis and improvement of the user experience.

This license is strictly limited to internal improvement purposes for the Gettwineo Service.

Twineo undertakes not to:

  • sell user content;
  • transfer such content to third parties for independent commercial purposes;
  • use such content to train or enrich external third-party models not related to the Gettwineo Service.

Processing may be carried out in anonymized, pseudonymized, or aggregated form to limit any risk of direct identification of the User or third parties.

The User may withdraw consent at any time through their personal area or by contacting Twineo at contact@gettwineo.com.

In the absence of explicit consent, no User data or content is used to improve models or the Service. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out.

Subject to the User’s explicit consent, certain data from use of the Service may be used to improve Twineo’s artificial intelligence models, particularly to personalize the “digital twin”.

Article 11: Subscriptions and Payment

Access to the Gettwineo Service is offered as a paid subscription, according to several monthly or annual plans presented on the website.

Pricing, billing, and renewal conditions are indicated when subscribing.

Applicable prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated. Twineo reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any price change will apply only to new subscriptions or upon renewal of the current subscription.

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered on the platform. The subscription is considered effective after payment validation.

The User is informed that renewal is automatic and may be disabled at any time from their personal area.

Article 12: Suspension and Termination

The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refund is made for any period already started, except where required by law or in exceptional cases decided by Twineo.

In the event of cancellation, access to the Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

Twineo also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of:

Article 14: No Right of Withdrawal

The User acknowledges that the Service is provided as immediate access to a digital platform and begins as soon as payment is validated.

In this context, and in accordance with regulations applicable to digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the User may be required to waive the right of withdrawal, after express acceptance during subscription.

Article 15: Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.

Twineo acts solely as a provider of an assistance tool for content creation and automated monitoring based on artificial intelligence technologies.

The Service does not constitute legal, tax, regulatory, or professional advice. Generated content is produced automatically from the User’s information and instructions as well as prior usage, and may reflect the User’s writing style without constituting analysis, factual verification, or approval.

Accordingly, the User remains solely responsible for:

  • verifying, validating, and modifying generated content before any use or publication;

Article 16: Generated Content, External Links, and API Sources

As part of its features, Gettwineo may generate content including hyperlinks from external sources, including data provided by third-party APIs.
