Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Twineo (gettwineo.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Twineo provides an AI digital twin trained on your X (Twitter) history to generate tweets and replies in your style. The service delivers content suggestions every morning for your review and approval.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Twineo for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
  • Train the AI on accounts you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or use outputs to train competing models.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Violate X's Developer Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility

Twineo generates content suggestions. You are the publisher. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and posting all content on X or elsewhere. Twineo does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legal compliance, or platform-rule compliance of generated content.

Generated content reflects patterns from your historical posts and may reproduce style or phrasing. It does not constitute identity verification, factual endorsement, or legal advice.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original content and style profile.
  • Twineo owns the underlying AI models, platform technology, and infrastructure.
  • You grant Twineo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your public X data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twineo's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Twineo is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data.
  • Suspension or termination of your X account by X/Twitter.
  • Reputational damage resulting from content you choose to publish.
  • AI hallucinations, inaccuracies, or errors in generated content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
