Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data, your X history, or your AI Style Profile to any third party or advertising network.
Who owns the tweets generated by my AI twin?
You do. Once a tweet is generated and approved by you, you hold full rights to that content. Twineo only uses generated content to improve your personal model unless you opt out.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes. You can delete your account from your settings at any time. This triggers a full deletion of your X history and AI Style Profile from our databases within 30 days.
Are my X and LinkedIn accounts safe?
Yes. We use each platform's official OAuth protocol, which means we never see or store your passwords. Twineo never publishes anything without your explicit approval. You can revoke Twineo's access at any time from your X or LinkedIn security settings.
Why does the LinkedIn authorization window ask for so many permissions?
LinkedIn's OAuth authorization window displays all possible permissions for the requested access type (profile reading, publishing, email). In practice, Twineo only uses: your name and photo to personalize your dashboard, your email for your account, and publishing to post content you have explicitly approved. Twineo never deletes, edits, or "likes" your existing posts, and does not access your private messages or contacts.
Do you store my passwords?
No. We use Google OAuth and X OAuth for authentication. We never handle or store raw passwords.
Is Twineo GDPR compliant?
Yes. As a French-based product, we follow GDPR strictly. You have full rights over your data (access, deletion, portability). Contact contact@gettwineo.com to exercise your rights.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle. Your data is retained for a 30-day grace period to allow reactivation. After that, you can request full permanent deletion at any time by contacting contact@gettwineo.com.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can request a full export of your Style Profile and generated tweet history by contacting contact@gettwineo.com.
Does Twineo train its global AI models on my data?
No. Your data is used exclusively to train your personal AI twin. It is not used to improve Twineo's general models or shared with other users.
